Shipping Policy

Order review before shipment

Research Grade Laboratories LLC reviews every order for payment, identity, destination, inventory, documentation, and compliance requirements before shipment. An order confirmation does not guarantee that an order will ship. Restricted, incomplete, or unsupported orders may be held or canceled.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and carrier estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments. Timing may change because of review, inventory, weather, carrier operations, destination restrictions, holidays, security events, or other conditions outside reasonable control.

Address and destination responsibility

The buyer must provide a complete, accurate, and lawful delivery address and must be authorized to receive the shipment. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Orders will not be shipped to a destination that cannot pass the applicable site and product rules.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided when supported by the carrier and fulfillment record. A carrier scan is evidence from the carrier, not a warranty of uninterrupted tracking. Contact hello@researchgrade.io if a shipment is damaged, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located.

International and restricted destinations

International service and destination availability may be limited or unavailable. The buyer is responsible for lawful import and receipt when international shipping is expressly offered. The merchant may refuse a destination when legal, carrier, customs, product, documentation, or payment requirements are not satisfied.

Shipment issues

Preserve the package, product, label, lot information, and photographs for any damage, shortage, or mismatch claim. Resolution follows the Returns and Refunds Policy and the available carrier and fulfillment evidence.
